Urgent News! Blunt Force disbanded!

Hello Citizens of the Union, I come to you with joyous news from a Vote the Conclave held recently.​

A recent vote held within The Conclave was to decide whether or not to disband the Minor Mercenary Cell "Blunt Force", the reasoning behind the vote are as Follows: Crimes against the Union, Illegal Contracts targeting the Civil Protection Commission, Breaking the First Rule of the Mercenary Code of Conduct and using illegal means to change their names and appearances to murder innocent civilians.

As of the moment this thread is posted, the members of The Conclave have all Voted in Agreement to Disband "Blunt Force", and all contracts or agreements made with this cell are null and void. The members of Blunt Force are also being restricted from forming another Cell until they can prove to The Conclave that they are reformed individuals.

The Civil Protection Commission supports the actions taken by GotC HC and will be discussing potential actions internally due to the allegations surrounding the illegal contracts and murder of innocent civilians.

We appreciate the HC of GotC for demonstrating their willingness to handle misconduct in their faction; this instills faith in the faction, knowing that the HC holds their members to the highest of standards.

While making a determination on how the CPC will move forward, we would urge the GotC HC or any citizen to forward any proof of these actions to myself or other members of the CPC HC for further deliberation.

After much deliberation with the Blunt Force Leader KTwist the Conclave has come to a new decision on the punishments and disbanding of Blunt Force

After the original vote and decision made by The Conclave, KTwist requested an audience with the HC and defended his cell and discussed why they should be allowed to stay an active cell. The Conclave listened to Mr. Twist and came to an agreement to let Blunt Force stay active under these conditions:

1. 2-3 week Suspension.
2. XCali removed from the cell and all affiliations.
3. No Ganking, Illegal Contracts.
4. No reports to The Conclave within the 2-3 week time frame.

We shall continue our investigation in to the criminal breaches by the cells members.
That being said I hope all members of the union appreciate as I do, the Conclaves honesty and integrity on this issue maintaining the factions code of conduct.

The CPC still would urge the GotC HC or any citizen to forward any proof of the prior illegal actions to myself or other members of the CPC HC for further deliberation of the prior offences and any new breaches of their agreement reported to CPC officers and leaders of the Conclave.

I appreciate the Conclave's principles and code of conduct, as well as the lengths they will go to make sure these are kept to keep things professional. However, this seems like something that would have been better kept within the Conclave itself considering the context, unless the purpose of this is to also denounce the Cell. If that is the goal, then do not let me stop you and I will also not question your decisions as it is not my place. After all, this is just my own personal opinion.

No it is to denounce the cell and their actions, To let the citizens of the Union know the issues they have been facing are not being ignored and that we are making sure to uphold the high standards and professionalism of the Guns of the Conclave.

To give the citizens context, the former co-founder of Blunt Force, XCali had gone rogue and had allegedly broken some game rules, including name changing and ganking. Blunt Force does not condone unethical activites such as this and the sole actions of a rogue individual should not reflect the values of the other members of Blunt Force, the cell as a whole, or GOTC as a whole. I have taken command as the sole leader of Blunt Force and XCali has since been removed from our ranks.
