To give the citizens context, the former co-founder of Blunt Force, XCali had gone rogue and committed a number of illegal activities. Blunt Force does not condone any of these unethical activites and the sole actions of a rogue individual should not reflect the values of the other members of Blunt Force, the cell as a whole, or GOTC as a whole. I have taken command as the sole leader of Blunt Force and XCali has since been removed from our ranks. We are committed to upholding professionalism and fairness to all. To give more context. Seems like you only acted after the Conclave "disbanded" your cell. I would assume you were aware of Xcali actions beforhand, but either didn't care or were in agreement. Even if you were unaware of his actions (basically public knowledge) that shows lack of supervision and leadership. So either way your reputation as this cell leader is really damaged.

SYNdeputies did not fire the first shot in the incident as determined by deputy-worn bodycameras, and any use of force was authorized to protect civilian life.

Unfortunately, this group of rogue mercenaries were able to murder multiple innocent bystanders in their rogue assault prior to their terrorist attack on Union City.

The Operation Safe Streets Bureau calls on our fellow agencies, namely the Civil Protection Commission and the Terran Defence Corps, to assist in making the streets safe for the citizens of the union and eradicating our galaxy of these BUILT wannabes.
