"The Conclave is announcing the official Kill on Sight status of One Very Junior Employee John White of Oda Zaibatsu, and One Very Idiotic Member of The Syndicate Sam Jackson who conspired behind the back of their Leadership to ruin the agreements of Peace between Oda Zaibatsu and the Guns of the Conclave, as well as, ruining the Friendship and Alliance between The Syndicate and the Guns of the Conclave. These two sinister individuals will be placed on The Conclaves KoS List until they pay a fee of 50k each to the respected Adjudicator Pablo Hernandez for their crimes."​
